North American Technician Excellence (NATE)
Continuous training and accumulation of knowledge are the benefits of relying on CTC's positive longstanding reputation. Condon Total Comfort has been taking care of Central Wisconsin customers for over 47 years, gaining a wealth of valuable hands-on experience and equipment familiarity. Adding to its extensive history, CTC stays current with technology including having seasoned technicians who are certified through North American Technician Excellence (NATE). This non-profit organization certifies technicians in air conditioning, heat pumps, gas and oil heating, service for hydronic systems, and geothermal heat pump loop installation. NATE certification testing represents real world working knowledge and has been a priority in the HVACR industry for nearly 20 years.
NATE also offers our technicians Industry Competency Exams (ICE) that measure industry agreed levels of proficiency for servicing heating and air conditioning in both residential and commercial locations. You can trust the technically trained Comfort Specialists at CTC to provide you with the best advice and service.
National Comfort Institute
Several CTC technicians have been certified by the National Comfort Institute, Inc. (NCI) whose mission is to, "provide training, test instruments, and consultation to HVAC contractors worldwide so they may provide safer, more comfortable, and more energy-efficient homes and offices." More than 25,000 HVAC pros have been certified through NCI in the past 20 years. In order to receive NCI certification, our technicians attend training classes and pass a hands-on examination.
Mini-split heat pumps are a highly convenient yet relatively new entry to the heating and cooling options for homes and businesses in our area. These quick-install powerful units have provided successful solutions for customers in WI cities like Green Lake, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Ripon and Brandon. Condon Total Comfort is ready to carefully evaluate if a mini-split is a fit for your location and follow through with specially trained service technicians who have been certified through Fujitsu factory training to install and service these high-efficiency air-to-air heat pump systems.
EPA 608 Universal Certification
All of our CTC service technicians are certified by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This important certification covers working safely with refrigerants and is regulated through the Clean Air and Water Act. EPA 608 Universal Certified technicians are required to have a strong knowledge of handling ozone-depleting refrigerants and related EPA regulations.
Honeywell Smart Technology
Condon Total Comfort has specialized technicians who have completed hands-on training in commercial building management and thermostatic controls at the Honeywell Training Center in Minneapolis, MN. This training and expertise has proved invaluable for our commercial installation customers throughout the state of Wisconsin, and for bringing the latest "smart technology" to homeowners desiring monitoring and control capabilities even when away.
Lennox Premier Dealer Means Customer Satisfaction
CTC is proud to be a longstanding Lennox Premier Dealer. To earn this distinction, along with top tier production, Condon Total Comfort must maintain a 90% or higher approval rating with our customer reviews as assessed through an independent third party. Satisfaction evaluations are ongoing and the resulting feedback is given both to Lennox and to CTC so we may better continue providing our customers unmatched service and comfort.
Being a leader in the industry also gives us the opportunity to partner with the Lennox Heat U.P. Wisconsin program. Through this generous program, we install a new Lennox provided energy efficient furnace at no cost to a deserving recipient every year, the first Saturday in October.
