North American Technician Excellence (NATE).

Continuous training and accumulation of knowledge are the benefits of relying on CTC's positive longstanding reputation. CTC stays current with technology including having seasoned technicians who are certified through North American Technician Excellence (NATE). This non-profit organization certifies technicians in air conditioning, heat pumps, gas and oil heating, service for hydronic systems, and geothermal heat pump loop installation. NATE certification testing represents real world working knowledge and has been a priority in the HVACR industry for nearly 20 years.

EPA 608 Universal Certification.

Our CTC service technicians are certified by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This important certification covers working safely with refrigerants and is regulated through the Clean Air and Water Act. EPA 608 Universal Certified technicians are required to have a strong knowledge of handling ozone-depleting refrigerants and related EPA regulations.
