I had to make a call for help this heating season and I was more than pleased. We called Condon Total Comfort in the morning and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful person on the phone. I could only imagine the technician will be just as nice when he arrives. The Service Technician called to confirm his arrival time. He arrived on time and was very respectful of me and our home. Very nice person. Everything is in working order and we are toasty warm again. Nice to not have your average typical service call. Thanks so much for having someplace we can call and trust.

As the custodian of the Immanuel United Methodist Church here in Ripon, I want to express my thanks to the crew from your establishment for the excellent job they did when removing the old boilers and installing new ones in the basement of the church. The crew was extremely helpful with questions asked of them during the process. Each day that the work was taking place, the crew cleaned the area thoroughly when they were finished for the day. I want to extend my appreciation to two Condon Total Comfort employees who are excellent representatives of your company. On Friday, November 20, we had a 1:00 PM appointment to have our thermostat installed [in our Green Lake vacation home]. Our plan was to stay over for the night and enjoy Green Lake. We needed to be back home early Saturday. The weather forecast changed to a snow storm [predicted] to arrive on Friday night, which meant we had to return home before the storm hit. Before heading to Green Lake, we called your office and explained our situation to Liz, [who] offered to move our appointment. Liz and the installer, Jeff Roby, [called] and their communications eased our concerns. Jeff did the necessary wiring before we arrived and then installed the thermostat we brought up. We made our trip home before the storm and dark. Both Liz and Jeff were very customer-focused, excellent communicators, and Jeff was also technically proficient.

Kayla was incredibly professional, upbeat, and sweet as can be, she was able to squeeze us in and the tech was able to come out first thing in the morning. The tech that came out, Nick, was professional, quick, courteous - everything you would want in representing the CTC brand. I even signed up for your service program! Marty and I were very pleased with the serviceman who came out on a cold March day to fix our furnace. We had called early one morning when our furnace would not turn on. By 10:30 a.m. we received a phone call that someone was on their way to our house. Colton arrived to see what he what the problem was. In a matter of minutes, he had diagnosed that we needed an igniter replaced. He explained what he found, went to his truck and luckily for us had the needed part in his truck. In an hour our furnace was heating our house. Colton was pleasant, explained in terms that we could understand and replaced the broken part. I really appreciated Mike’s thorough check of my mom’s heating system. He did more than the service technicians previous years. This was the first time since the unit was put in 5 years ago that the Aprilaire filter was looked at. It was horrible! I was so appreciative that he did this and that he had a new filter with him. He seemed to have done more mechanical checks than I remember being performed before. All in all, Mike’s service here was stellar.

Frank and I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased we are with the duct cleaning work that was done 4-8-21. John called to let us know when he would arrive. Thanks again for sponsoring the Todd Green program this past week. It was a really enriching week, and the programs reached tons of students (several school districts tuned in virtually). As a side note, I wanted to let you know that the heating/cooling system in the opera house was PERFECT for this engagement! Todd's instruments are very sensitive to temperature change, so he wanted the room as stable as possible. I used the heat and cool setting to keep the room between 65-67 degrees, and it worked like a charm. Just thought I'd pass that along to you!
