For 55 years, Condon Total Comfort (CTC) has been reliably providing quality heating and cooling services to communities in and around Ripon, WI. From the time Dennis Werch first joined the Condon Total Comfort family in 2002, to ultimately purchasing the company in September of 2014, his focus has been to earn the trust and confidence of every existing or potential customer, colleague, and vendor. Since taking on the responsibilities of leading the company, Dennis and Debra Werch have dedicated their efforts to seeking 100% customer satisfaction, while proactively creating a rewarding work environment for their family of employees.

We know that when your heating or air conditioning system fails, it can be a stressful event. That's why we promise to exceed our customers' expectations by offering our 24-hour emergency service! Our "family" of experienced Comfort Advisors will answer your call the very same day to evaluate and repair your system, provided we have the part you need. As one of the few companies that services LP, Oil and Natural Gas Systems, we can make that promise with confidence. If you are enrolled in the all-inclusive Total Comfort Plan under our Comfort Assurance Program, you will never pay for covered repairs or added charges for emergency calls--even if you need help after normal business hours!
