Our Condon Total Comfort Family
Welcome to our CTC family! We're here for you to help make sure your home is keeping you comfy and cozy all year round. Our team is growing to serve you and all of our thousands of satisfied customers. We invite you to take a moment here to "meet" some of the dedicated members of our team.
With a combined 13 years of industry knowledge and experience, Dennis and Debra Werch purchased Condon Total Comfort, Inc. in 2014. Dennis worked a dozen years as the residential sales for the company. Debra joined full-time in 2015 after completing a dental hygienist career. She wears many hats, including administration, human resources and inventory control.
Their energy and enthusiasm have maintained the positive 45-year reputation the company has earned. Upon taking the helm, the couple implemented numerous upgrades to the company’s equipment and communications to better serve their customers. They also took steps to improve the office and employee benefits to ensure long-term relationships would continue.
Both Dennis and Debra feel blessed for the opportunity to work together and have the support of a terrific team of professionals at Condon Total Comfort. They both enjoy various outdoor activities and love spending time with their children and grandchildren. Both Dennis and Debra actively support military families and have a son and daughter stationed at Ft. Riley, Kansas. They have also become actively involved in a number of community outreach programs to help their neighbors.
